Coach Justin started training for the same reason most people do — he wanted to change how he looked and prove something to himself. At first it was about confidence. About showing up differently. But somewhere along the way, the gym became more than that. It taught him structure, consistency, and how to keep going on the days when motivation had completely disappeared.
What started as a personal goal became a lifestyle. And then it became a calling.
When people around him started noticing his transformation and asking for help, something shifted. He realized he could do more than just improve himself — he could help other people change their lives too. Watching clients gain confidence, lose fat, build muscle, and become genuinely happier with themselves made it clear: coaching was never just about fitness. It’s about helping people become a better version of themselves, physically and mentally.
He’s been doing that for 10 years now, working with everyone from complete beginners to competitive bodybuilders who’ve stepped on stage. Through all of it, his approach has stayed the same.
Most coaches send a program and disappear. Coach Justin doesn’t work that way. He stays hands-on — checking in every week, adjusting when something isn’t working, and making sure the plan actually fits the life of the person following it. Because an extreme program that looks good on paper but falls apart after two weeks isn’t coaching. It’s just paperwork.
